1. Nature of the Service

Yeşilay Mirror of the Future is an artificial intelligence experience that visualizes, for awareness purposes, the possible long-term effects that addictions such as smoking and alcohol may have on appearance. The outputs are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a scientific prediction. Please consult a healthcare professional for decisions regarding your health.

2. Age and Participation

• The application does not require registration; it is used anonymously at the kiosk in the event area or on the website. The website can be installed on your phone as an app using "Add to Home Screen"; installation is subject to these terms.

• The application is intended for users aged 18 and over. Persons under 18 may use it only when accompanied by and with the consent of a parent/guardian.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Taking or uploading a photo of another person without their consent. (Warning: Please take/upload only photos of yourself or of persons who have explicitly consented to the processing of their photo. All legal liability for the unauthorized use of other people's photos lies entirely with the user.)

• Producing demeaning, discriminatory or misleading content targeting public officials, well-known persons or third parties,

• Using the generated images to defame, harass or mislead any person,

• Overloading the system with automated tools, reverse engineering it, or attempting to circumvent security measures or usage limits.

In the event of a breach of these rules, access may be blocked without warning and content may be deleted.

4. Intellectual Property and Outputs

The design, code, visuals and brand elements of the application belong to VDD Teknoloji; the Yeşilay logo and name belong to the Turkish Green Crescent Society (Türkiye Yeşilay Cemiyeti). You may use, download and share the simulation images generated from your own photo for personal and non-commercial purposes. When sharing the images, we kindly ask that you do not remove the disclaimer and source information on them.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". AI outputs may contain inaccurate, unexpected or unrealistic results. VDD Teknoloji and Yeşilay accept no liability for the accuracy of the outputs, uninterrupted access, or indirect damages arising from the use of the outputs. Mandatory provisions of applicable law are reserved.

6. Usage Limits and Changes

To prevent misuse, an hourly session limit per IP address is applied on the website. The service, the limits and these terms may be changed with prior notice; changes take effect as soon as they are published, and your consent will be requested again for material changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
